This story map examines how Dallin H. Oaks and the World Congress of Families have helped shape a global pro-family and natalist movement that frames declining birth rates as a demographic crisis. While presented as a defense of traditional values and child welfare, this movement often embeds anti-LGBTQ+ and anti-feminist ideologies beneath the language of family protection, religious freedom, and cultural preservation.
